Reservation Terms

Table Preferences
Preferences for the Restaurant, Chef’s Table or Terrace will be recorded as such.
Final table allocation depends on occupancy, operational planning and weather conditions.
Preferences cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the reservation will incur a charge of €50 per person.
The same charge of €50 per person applies in the event of a no-show.

Dietary Requirements and Allergies
Allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements must be communicated when making the reservation or as early as possible.
Allergies or dietary requirements that have not been reported in advance may incur a surcharge of €20 per unreported allergy or dietary requirement. This compensates for additional preparation, last-minute menu adjustments and disruption to the service after mise en place has been completed.

Lactose Intolerance
We can provide dishes containing a minimal amount of lactose, but we cannot guarantee a completely or 100% lactose-free experience. Severe lactose intolerance or a milk-protein allergy must always be reported in advance. We recommend that guests with lactose intolerance bring lactase tablets, allowing them to fully enjoy their culinary experience while limiting possible discomfort as much as possible.

Children
Younger guests can only be accommodated by prior arrangement.

Arrival
Arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior notice may be treated as a no-show.

Special Requests
Celebrations, gift vouchers, wheelchair accessibility requirements and other requests must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.

Operational Discretion
Materia reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the table allocation, menu, prices or service when required due to operational circumstances, availability, safety considerations or unforeseen circumstances.
